Job Title: Technical Field Expert

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Field Expert to join our team. As a Technical Field Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex technical issues related to deployed software on devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business intelligence metrics, identify potential problems, and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly identify and resolve field issues through thorough analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Leverage excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external teams
  • Analyze business intelligence metrics to anticipate and prevent customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in development, data collection, cloud platforms, monitoring systems, and DevOps methodologies
  • Lead the defined activities and deliver outcomes on defined schedules

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Networking, WiFi, and/or Video technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of Linux, C & C++ programming languages
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools like Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
