Resident Medical Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Resident Medical Officer to join our team at a reputable hospital in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent clinical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Perform rounds as per the instructions from treating consultants.
- Enter exact details observed during rounds in IPD file and inform consultants for further action.
- Follow strictly leave guidelines as provided by institution.
- Take prior permission for availing leave in leave card provided by Hospital.
- In case of any extension of leave, inform HOD and take verbal approval.
- Prepare admission and discharge notes as per instruction of consultants in timely manner.
- Take up calls as per rota prepared by HOD.
- Hand over exact information observed and advised to patient before leaving to taking over resident doctor for proper patient care.
- Attend referred case by visiting and honorary consultants.
- Adhere and follow guideline provided by hospital.
- Any other assignment given by consultant/Department Co-ordinator.
