Job Title: Data Engineering Scrum Master

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Data Engineering and Scrum Mastership to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, fundamental SQL skills, and experience in driving project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply Scrum principles to drive project delivery and ensure effective collaboration among cross-functional teams
  • Foster a culture of Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and quality
  • Maintain and improve data engineering processes and documentation
  • Support the development of high-quality software solutions

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Data Engineering and Scrum Mastership
  • Strong SQL skills and Data Engineering background
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles
  • Familiarity with Python and experience in completing multiple Data Engineering projects
  • Expertise in Wealth Management domain is mandatory
