About the Role:
We seek an experienced software development team lead to oversee software projects from inception to completion, manage and motivate developers, create project proposals, and provide management presentations.

Responsibilities:
Discussing project parameters with clients, executives, and developers
Planning project blueprints, defining scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, outlining communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance
Assembling and leading the project team
Supervising each stage of the project
Ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines
Creating project budgets and monitoring expenses
Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products
Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests
Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information
Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on their performance

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
9+ years of experience in project management and software development
Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
Excellent technical expertise
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
