Electrical Design Project Lead

Our ideal candidate will oversee the planning of electrical and power systems projects from inception to completion.

As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electrical industry, you will work closely with clients to design product solutions tailored to their requirements for DC SMPS-based Power Systems, UPS Panels, and Distribution Panels.

Key responsibilities include analyzing project goals, preparing design documents, and reviewing engineering drawings and calculations. You will also be expected to identify opportunities for optimizing BOM costs, providing high-quality engineering documentation, and implementing practices to ensure accuracy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering proactive and contemporary engineering support to production and quality teams. They will possess excellent customer interface skills, enabling them to understand client needs and provide expertise on NPI and prototyping.

This role demands a high level of technical expertise, including designing DC SMPS-based Power Systems for telecom and industrial applications, electro-mechanical designing of electrical panels/UPS panels, and proficiency in AutoCAD for SLD & Wiring Diagrams.

  • Design and Development: Oversee the development of electrical and power systems projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to production and quality teams, ensuring seamless integration of engineering services.
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
