About the Role:

We are seeking a technically strong Oracle Analytics engineer to join our team at Zenardy. This is a hands-on implementation role focused on building scalable data models, data pipelines, and impactful dashboards for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, setup, and delivery of analytics projects using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and related tools.
  • Develop custom calculations, time series functions, and metrics tailored to business KPIs.
  • Extend and maintain the semantic model to support complex reporting needs.
  • Design and implement data pipelines between NetSuite and ADW/OAC.
  • Build data models, transformation logic, KPIs, and dashboards for finance and operational reporting.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and performance bottlenecks across data layers.
  • Define best practices for solution design, governance, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand reporting requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Oracle Analytics / Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing.
  • Strong implementation experience with:
  • NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
  • Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
  • Solid understanding of NetSuite data structures and reporting needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Oracle certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformations.
  • Proficiency in building visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Understanding of data modelling (star schema, snowflake, etc.).
  • Experience with semantic model extensions, calculated fields, and custom logic.
  • Ability to work independently and own the delivery of technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
