Job Title: Cloud Network Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Network Specialist with expertise in cloud environments and network support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Palo Alto technologies, including Prisma or Start cloud manager for network portal management, as well as strong fundamentals in routing, switching, and DNS management using Infoblox.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Palo Alto Prisma for WAN and firewall configurations, implementing and supporting Meraki network infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and support of cloud-based servers in Azure, GCP, and AWS, collaborating with global teams to support network operations and DNS management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in network engineering with exposure to cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks technologies (Prisma, Start cloud manager), Meraki, and Infoblox for DNS management.
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, and Layer 2 network configurations.
  • Experience working with global teams and ability to support operations across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve network issues promptly.
