We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Acquisition and Liaison Officer to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for coordinating with government officials, ensuring accurate demarcation and measurements, and advising on land and revenue matters.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be involved in all aspects of land acquisition, from planning and implementation to liaisoning with government authorities. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless progress of projects.
Responsibilities- Land Acquisition: Coordinate with village Patwaris, RIs, and revenue department officials to facilitate land acquisition; ensure accurate demarcation and measurements by Patwaris.
- Liaisoning: Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, villagers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Documentation: Prepare and submit documents related to land diversion, permanent acquisition, lease agreements, and other connected documents.
- Progress Monitoring: Ensure timely completion of LAQ work for CBM wells, maintain accurate and legally correct records, and ensure proper documentation.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Law or Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition and liaisoning.
- Skill Set: Strong communication and negotiation skills, legal knowledge, and good networking skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and challenging environment.
