We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Textile Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Textile Design or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in carpet design.

The role involves developing new carpet designs that align with our brand's creative vision and market trends.

Key responsibilities include conceptualizing seasonal collections, guiding aesthetic direction for domestic and international markets, and collaborating with field teams and master weavers.

  • Maintain accuracy and feasibility of designs for hand-knotting, hand-tufting, and other traditional techniques.
  • Provide creative direction and mentoring to junior designers.
  • Ensure smooth execution by communicating effectively with internal teams.
  • Participate in trend research, mood board creation, and international buyer custom requests.
