Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing expert to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and implementing effective solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementation, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, devising implementation strategies, configuring ERP systems, and providing training and support to end-users.

  • Gather requirements from decision-makers and key users, and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality.
  • Understand manufacturing business processes and devise methods to implement them with the ERP application.
  • Conduct functional assessments at client sites within the manufacturing/distribution/planning areas.
  • Configure and test ERP systems to perform specific functionality to satisfy business requirements.
  • Assist with full site implementations and upgrades, including pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules, and governance procedures.
  • Troubleshoot ERP anomalies and process issues.
  • Maintain documentation relative to ERP implementation/upgrade.
  • Interact with business users for training, problem-solving, and automation of business processes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with implementing or supporting ERP applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Infor LN 10.7 On-prem or Cloud Edition modules, particularly Manufacturing, Engineering, and Demand Planning.
  • Experience with tp-Project module and Product Configurator is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain modules (Purchase, Sales, Central Invoicing) is also beneficial.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
Additional Requirements

While not mandatory, speaking any European language (e.g., French, German, Italian) would be an added advantage.

Work Location

This role is based in India, with opportunities for on-site travel as per project needs.
