Job Title: Frontend Flutter Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Flutter Lead to join our team at ConsultBae India Private Limited. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative mobile applications using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Flutter-based mobile applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Flutter developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Set coding standards and best practices for the Flutter development team.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance.
  • Architect and implement complex Flutter applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Flutter and mobile technologies and advocate for their adoption as appropriate.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in Flutter development (minimum 8 years).
  • Extensive experience with Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Ability to architect complex Flutter applications from scratch.
  • Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
