German Language Trainer Position

A highly skilled German language trainer is required to deliver expert instruction and guidance to individuals preparing for global healthcare careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored German language instruction across various proficiency levels (A1–B2) in-person and online.
  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans and learning materials catering to student needs, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, culture, and exam prep.
  • Administer regular assessments (quizzes, mock tests) and offer personalized feedback to students.
  • Prepare students for certifications such as Goethe-Zertifikat, ÖSD, TELC, and others.
  • Utilize digital teaching tools for online delivery, ensuring seamless interaction with students.
  • Adapt teaching methods between online and offline formats, supporting multiple student batches daily.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and progress tracking records.
  • Collaborate with the training team to improve curriculum and batch scheduling.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Hold a certification at least B2/C1 level in German from recognized bodies (Goethe-Institut, TELC, TestDaF, ÖSD, etc.).
  • Alternatively, possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in German, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in German teaching, either in-classroom or online.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, patience, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and creating engaging content.
