Job Opportunity: Junior Copywriter

We are seeking a creative and skilled Junior Copywriter to join our team. As a Junior Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of agency experience and a proven track record of creative ability and judgment. They will also possess successful client contact experience, collaborative working skills, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage creative writers effectively.

About the Role:

  • You will work independently under tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
  • You will team with copywriters to produce concepts and campaigns.
  • You will take on writing projects and own them from start to finish.
  • You will manage and estimate creative hours.
  • You will participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • You will attend market research as appropriate.
  • You will share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding.
  • You will manage workloads to maximize productivity of the creative team.
  • You will provide written feedback for annual performance reviews and ongoing feedback.
  • You will lead the creative team in development of concepts and execution of all projects.
  • You will demonstrate understanding and appreciation of clients' products and marketing challenges.
  • You will represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required.
