Executive Protection Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Protection Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of designated individuals, premises, and assets by conducting on-ground protection duties.

The role involves implementing security strategies, executing operational plans, and responding effectively to emergencies and incidents. Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement protection strategies and protocols as defined by the Executive Protection Lead
  • Maintain constant vigilance to identify and respond to potential threats or vulnerabilities
  • Execute duties in strict adherence to organizational security policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site or residence, ensuring all entry and exit points are secure
  • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry
  • Operate and monitor surveillance systems to maintain situational awareness and identify anomalies
Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a protective service officer position or equivalent. A completed commando course from NSG SPG is highly desirable. Additionally, knowledge of the law of the land, including criminal and personal defense laws, is essential.

Candidates should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. They should also be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, local communities, and vendors.
