Job Title: Mixology Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by approaching each guest with a positive attitude and providing attentive service throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food in a timely manner, adhering to Hilton's quality standards.
• Manage cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handling all transactions professionally and efficiently.
• Contribute ideas to enhance operational procedures and improve the overall guest experience.
• Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on menu knowledge and drink preparation techniques.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setting up the bar area.

• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

• Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation methods is necessary.
