**Job Title:** Compliance Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Compliance Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations align with all applicable regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including IRDAI, SEBI, and RBI. They will possess excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and maintain documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Evaluate the organization's governance framework to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • Review and assess internal processes to identify control gaps and support the implementation of robust internal controls.

Preferred qualifications include a Company Secretary (CS) designation or relevant experience in regulatory compliance, audits, or governance. A Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance/Risk/Compliance would also be considered. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate governance and internal control systems.
