Learner Advocate

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Associate Counselor to join our team at PW Vidyapeeth.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to empower learners, build meaningful connections, and contribute to shaping India's next generation of engineers and doctors.

• Interact with students and parents to explain IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation (Classes 6–12) courses.
• Guide learners in selecting the right batches, programs, and study plans tailored to their goals.
• Manage walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and follow-ups for smooth enrollments.
• Provide career and academic counseling focused on competitive exam preparation.
• Support lead generation, conversions, and student retention at Vidyapeeth centers.
• Maintain accurate student records and counseling progress via internal systems.
• Collaborate with faculty, center heads, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
• A passion for education and empathy toward students and parents.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced offline environment.
• Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (especially in education/coaching) is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for education are welcome.
