Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Power Electronics team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree or higher with specialization in Power Electronics, Controls and Embedded Electronics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a high-performance team of Electrical Engineers.
  • Craft strategic resource allocation plans for departmental projects.
  • Hire and retain top talent in the industry.
  • Design and develop complex power electronics hardware and products.
  • Provide expert guidance and direction to team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with the team to solve intricate problems and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Set performance goals and objectives for the team aligned with company vision.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
  • Manage conflicts within the team and address issues related to performance and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or higher with specialization in Power Electronics, Controls and Embedded Electronics.
  • At least 15 years of experience in design and development of power electronics products from concept to release.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a decent-sized team (min. 8 members) related to power electronics, power electronics controls, and embedded systems.
