Key Role: AEM Developer

 

A highly skilled AEM Developer is needed to design, develop and customize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions with a focus on Adobe Target integration.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop AEM Components: Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows to support web and digital experience needs.
  • AEM Publishing Configuration: Configure and customize AEM publishing processes and related functionalities.
  • AEM Assets Configuration: Manage and enhance AEM Assets configurations, including metadata schemas, renditions, and custom workflows.
  • Adobe Target Integration: Integrate Adobe Target with AEM to enable personalization, optimization, and testing capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with architects, UX, and marketing teams to align solutions with business requirements.
  • Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to Adobe and industry best practices.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • AEM Expertise: Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Adobe Target Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Adobe Target for personalization and experimentation.
  • Technical Competence: Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).
  • AEM Assets Customization: Experience with AEM Assets configuration and customization.
  • Front-end Technologies: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
  • Adobe Experience Cloud Integrations: Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Analytics, Campaign, etc.).
