
Real Estate Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation and Conversion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound calls and converting existing leads into customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers.
- Handle inbound queries, explain project details, and resolve customer doubts.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
