Instructional Design Professional

Edufic Digital is a premier digital creative agency specializing in eLearning services and solutions. We excel in producing engaging eLearning content, emphasizing animated videos, game development, and simulation design to enhance learning experiences. Our innovative approach and comprehensive offerings drive engagement in both educational and corporate settings.

We are seeking an Instructional Designer for a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, WFH role based in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality instructional materials, visualizing complex concepts into engaging storyboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop storyboard that captures learners' attention and enhances the overall learning experience
  • Translate narrative scripts into comprehensive storyboards that resonate with learners
  • Collaborate with production team members to create top-quality products
  • Manage content and develop assets on Learning Management System (LMS)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in instructional design for higher education or corporate training
