The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, and clinical data systems. They will possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

  • Gather and prioritize product and internal stakeholder requirements
  • Define product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of features and products
  • Collaborate with Technology, Quality Compliance, and Operations teams to maintain validated systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company vision
  • Analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions
  • Work with vendors and product configuration teams to integrate COTS systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in CRO
  • Data-oriented and independent self-starter
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong Project Management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Deployment and Management of Commercial Off the Shelf products
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience with application change control
