We seek a meticulous Data Analyst to deliver actionable insights, driving business growth through informed decision-making. This role demands strong analytical skills, enabling you to distill complex data into valuable recommendations.

  • Develop and refine SQL queries to extract relevant information from multiple sources, showcasing expertise in query optimization.
  • Design and implement impactful data visualizations using PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense, ensuring key findings are clearly communicated.
  • Analyze granular data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Document data sources and workflows for seamless future reference and development.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Allied Health, or related field, demonstrating academic rigor and discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst with exceptional expertise in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel, showcasing technical proficiency.
  • Experience in domains like proptech, mortgage space, or banking is preferred, highlighting adaptability and industry knowledge.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools like R and experience in using statistical packages, emphasizing analytical depth.

Key skills required include:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and analyze results, driving business outcomes.
  • Good scripting programming skills in Python and R, showcasing coding proficiency.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience using Excel Power Query Editor, highlighting technical versatility.
