Windchill Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Windchill Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining our Windchill server architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain Windchill server architecture, including clustered environments.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics.
- Implement backup and recovery procedures.
- Lead technical support for Windchill-related issues.
- Coordinate with CAD and PLM teams to resolve integration issues.
- Liaise with software vendors for escalated support and updates.
- Supervise and mentor Windchill system administrators.
- Allocate resources and manage workload distribution.
- Ensure system compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Windchill system administration and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill.
