Responsibilities:
  • Analyse disputed card transactions to identify root causes of losses and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to investigate disputes and resolve claims.
  • Analyse transaction challenges that cause chargeback losses and troubleshoot to determine the issue.
  • Collaborate with clients to collect and document information to resolve outstanding disputes.
  • Evaluate and ensure all disputes cases are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High-level understanding of Visa and MasterCard rules and regulations related to debit and credit card transaction disputes.
  • End-to-end knowledge of the disputes resolution process.
  • Proven ability to effectively plan and coordinate incoming work and enquiries.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in disputes processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as BA, BCom, BBM, or BCA.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive employee assistance program.
