About the Role
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our products move from concept to customer.
- You will manage the end-to-end process of internal product activation, sourcing via MCP businesses to ensure product availability aligns with category manager selection strategies.
- Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of PRDs (backend merchandising SKUs) as the internal merchandising layer to ensure product data is mapped and ready for merchandising.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and stock levels align with merchandising goals, supporting both B2B and B2C channels.
- Act as the point of contact between category managers, business product management teams, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth product setup and alignment with demand.
- Seek ways to continuously improve and streamline operational processes to ensure faster value delivery to customers, with an emphasis on reliability and minimizing errors in product setup.
Your Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in product operations, SKU management, or e-commerce merchandising.
- Proven success working with internal tools like MCP tools, Amazon Seller Central, and fulfillment platforms.
- Strong experience in managing product data, stock availability, and internal product activation processes.
