Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

As a seasoned professional in digital marketing, you will lead the charge in driving our paid campaigns and social media strategy across various platforms.
- Develop and execute high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Craft and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn to reach targeted audiences.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and budget planning to ensure campaign success.
- Create, test, and refine ad creatives and landing pages for high conversion rates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager to inform data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising and implement best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging across channels and drive business results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & PPC management.
- Demonstrated track record of running ROI-positive paid campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Solid grasp of social media marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
