Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Online Pharmacy Operations: Ensure safe, efficient, and GPhC-approved dispensing of Mounjaro, ensuring seamless interactions between our doctors and patients.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain procedures that align with our high standards, guaranteeing consistent quality and safety.
- Collaborate with Doctors: Work closely with our medical team to ensure prescriptions are legitimate, and patients receive the best possible care and support.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with UK regulations and maintain GPhC compliance, safeguarding our reputation and patient trust.
- Audit Third-Party Distributors: Monitor and maintain a strong, reliable supply chain, protecting our customers' interests and satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues (such as recalls or process hiccups) quickly and efficiently, upholding our commitment to customer service.
- Work with the Team on Website Flow: Contribute your expertise to shape the online consultation experience, providing a smooth and user-friendly journey for our customers.
- Bring Insights: Share your knowledge and experience to help us improve and grow, driving business success and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- GPhC-Registered Pharmacist: You must be a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council, holding the necessary qualifications and skills to excel in this role.
- Strong Oversight Skills: Demonstrate the ability to manage and oversee online pharmacy operations, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Tech-Savvy: Be comfortable using digital tools and remote communication systems, such as secure systems and Zoom.
- Clear Communicator: Showcase your ability to share ideas and updates in a straightforward and confident manner, ensuring seamless collaboration with our team.
- Team Player: Display a positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with our doctors, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Active UK GPhC Registration: This is a non-negotiable requirement, ensuring you meet the essential criteria for this position.
- 2+ Years as a Pharmacist: Experience as a pharmacist is valuable, but we're equally interested in your energy, motivation, and passion for this role.
- Online Pharmacy Experience or Weight Loss Treatment Knowledge (Mounjaro Experience a Plus): Your background in online pharmacy or weight loss treatment will be highly beneficial in this position.
- Comfortable with Remote Work Tools: Familiarity with cloud systems, Teams, and other digital tools will enable you to thrive in our remote working environment.
