You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong, professional connections with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers, ensuring end-to-end onboarding and driving retention.

Job Description:

School Relationship Manager

As a School Relationship Manager, you will utilize your existing school connections to onboard institutions into our Education initiatives. You will establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.

  • Leverage existing school connections to onboard institutions into the Edxso Initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate school records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector.
  • An established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • A deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Prior experience with EdTech programs or assessment solutions is preferred. A strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network is also desirable.

  • The number of schools onboarded from your existing network.
  • School retention and repeat participation rate.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.
