We seek an experienced professional to join our team. This role involves leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments worldwide.

Prospection pioneers healthcare analytics, applying machine learning, predictive modelling, and advanced SQL/Python analytics to real-world datasets—claims, EMR, registries, and supply chain. Our insights have supported 70+ therapy areas globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pharmaceutical products through development, market launch, and post-market monitoring using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
