The Role

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Techno Functional Consultant to join our Software Engineering - Development team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in D365 F&O finance, supply chain, and procurement modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional designs and technical solutions.
  • Configure D365 F&O modules, including finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, inventory, fixed assets, and general ledger.
  • Work closely with business users to provide functional expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices.
  • Lead gap analysis sessions and document business processes, functional designs, and system enhancements.
  • Assist in system testing, UAT, and training of end-users.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy customisations and enhancements in D365 F&O using X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps.
  • Develop and modify SSRS reports, queries, and data entities to meet business needs.
  • Perform data migration, data mapping, and data validation using Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Work on integrations with third-party applications using OData, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.
  • Debug technical issues, analyse logs, and optimise performance of custom functionalities.
