HR Data Analyst Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our HR data operations team as an intern.

In this role, you will assist in conducting virtual audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. You will collaborate with the HR team to remotely review and validate personnel records and HR databases.

You will also generate and analyze virtual reports to verify HR data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Virtual Audits:
    • Conduct thorough virtual audits of HR data to identify discrepancies and inaccuracies.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to resolve any issues or discrepancies found during audits.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure timely and accurate entry, update, and maintenance of HR data in relevant systems and databases.
    • Monitor and review virtual data to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies.
  • Coordination:
    • Provide virtual support in coordinating various HR activities and initiatives.
    • Act as a remote liaison between different departments and the People & Culture team.
    • Facilitate virtual communication and collaboration between HR, employees, and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interest in HR operations, data management, or related areas.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
    • Proficient in using virtual communication tools and HR software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
