Technical Specialist - Service Max Development:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to join our Service Max Development team. As a Technical Specialist, you will design, implement, and maintain Field Service Management solutions using the Salesforce platform. You will work with multiple clients, developing and configuring Service Max applications to meet their business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Service Max with other systems and applications. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Max implementation and develop technical documentation to support Service Max configurations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of Field Service business operations, and experience with Salesforce Platform Architecture. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom Service Max applications
- Configure and customize Service Max modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Service Max with other systems and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Max implementation
- Develop technical documentation to support Service Max configurations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Service Max development and configuration
- Excellent technical skills, including Salesforce Platform Architecture expertise
- Strong understanding of Field Service business operations and processes
- Experience with multiple Field Service Management products is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
