As a sales manager for home loan services, your primary responsibility will be to grow and expand the customer base for the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire home loan customers in targeted segments and generate referrals from specific geographic areas
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the asset under management base for home loan lending solutions and ensure that overall revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets are met
  • Collaborate with the product team to offer customers best-in-class funding or multi-funding solutions
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Meet business targets, including fee income and cross-selling
  • Monitor and mentor the team, creating career paths for team members
  • Track competition and report on new market developments to senior management
Managerial Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-potential business areas and implement penetration strategies
  • Track and improve branch profitability and portfolio quality

To succeed in this role, you should have 2-5 years of total experience and hold a degree in one of the following fields: graduation, BCA, Bachelor of Business Administration, BCom, BTech, BA, BE, BSc, or BPharma.
