Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Executive to join our executive team in Bengaluru. As the ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 30 years of proven work experience in the construction industry. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing quantity surveying activities, ensuring cost management, and driving efficiency across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quantity surveying processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct detailed cost estimations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for projects.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring all costs are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • 10 to 30 years of proven work experience in the construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly and efficiently within the scope of construction projects.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Adaptability to handle the dynamic nature of construction projects and the ability to adjust plans as needed.
  • Teamwork capabilities to collaborate with various stakeholders and lead a team of professionals effectively.
  • Critical thinking to analyze project requirements, costs, and potential risks, and devise strategic plans accordingly.
