Senior Graphic Creative Lead

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of graphic design styles and layout techniques, as well as experience executing marketing projects from conception to production. This role involves ideation and execution of original static advertising concepts and designs, working closely with the creative team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is also essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and execute original static advertising concepts and designs (75%), working with the creative team
• Collaborate with the creative team to iterate based on test results (20%)
• Produce graphic art and visual materials for events, presentation decks, email, display advertising, web, and landing pages through various media outlets
• Develop strong cross-platform creative content, including print, digital, POP, etc., graphic toolkits, event sales executive presentations, and digital and social media
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the design team meets all marketing deliverables in compliance with corporate branding standards, formats, and template styles
• Create and manipulate graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs
• Facilitate brainstorming, design thinking, and problem-solving workshops for the design team
• Maintain strong file management practices within shared drives, including working documents with version control
• Provide recommendations and designs based on business needs
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in digital marketing and advocate knowledge across the organization

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience working with an ad agency or in-house, doing advertising marketing for a reputable brand
• Able to deliver inspiring work of high quality, engaging, and creatively attractive for marketing purposes across social media and other mediums, both digital and traditional
• Experience with data-driven performance creative
• Able to work with other creative team members, marketing team members, and the creative director to develop new concepts into reality
• Able to generate original visual executions and concepts, creating basic motion graphics and animation that tell simple, concise stories
• Able to provide a portfolio demonstrating excellence in creative design using static and dynamic skills, layout, typography, and image manipulation
• Proficient in designing, editing, and creating videos
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator Suite, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, and other design tools
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS in Graphic Design or related arts degree, Portfolio and resume showcasing skills and talent, passion for advertising, commercial art, and the creative field, confidence in communicating ideas and selling them to peers and management, resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, high personal immersion in creative digital media trends, including social media and content trends
