Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr Architect to join our team and lead architectural design projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design software, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgetary constraints, and regulatory standards;
* Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and feasible design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional objectives;
* Provide expertise in architectural planning, site analysis, spatial design, and material selection to optimize project outcomes and enhance overall project value;
* Oversee the preparation and presentation of architectural drawings, models, and specifications, utilizing industry-standard software and techniques to communicate design intent effectively;
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of building sites, existing structures, and environmental factors to inform design decisions and mitigate potential challenges or risks;
* Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to professional growth and development;
* Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and construction, integrating relevant advancements into project workflows and methodologies;
* Coordinate with project managers and construction teams throughout the construction phase to ensure alignment with design intent, quality standards, and project timelines;
* Serve as a liaison between clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the design and construction process;
