Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned EPM consultant to lead our Oracle FCCS implementation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the financial consolidation and close cloud solution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EPM cloud implementation, with a strong understanding of application development processes, FCCS/HFM, and consolidation procedures.

They should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and have a sound knowledge of finance, accounting, and general ledger concepts.

  • Design and develop the Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud solution
  • Collaborate with technical experts to implement technologies within the Enterprise Performance Management system
  • Provide best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives and assist in defining scope and sizing of work
  • Anchor Proof of Concept developments and provide solution architecture for business problems

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • At least 8 years of experience in EPM consulting
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly FCCS/HFM
  • Excellent understanding of consolidation procedures and financial reporting
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
