About this role

We are looking for a professional to help us grow our community. As a Community Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to community admins and describing how our platform works.

This is a remote, freelance role ideal for those who have strong communication skills and online engagement experience.

  • Reach out to community admins (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
  • Describe how our platform works and its advantages
  • Onboard interested admins to the platform
  • Ensure they use it actively for 7 days
  • Report leads and usage via a shared tracker

You will earn:

  • ₹500-₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)
  • 5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars)
  • Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors

No fixed monthly salary – only performance-based freedom.


Requirements

  • Strong communication and messaging skills
  • Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focused individuals
