We are seeking an innovative and dedicated professional to join our team as a visual designer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual designs and their impact on social media, as well as experience with both print and electronic media.

  • Understanding of design tones for various brands.

  • Proficient in design and photo-editing software.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Time management and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines and work together with the team to find solutions.
  • The ability and desire to stay up-to-date with commercial design/graphics trends and implement these in daily work.
  • Bring people together. Innate ability to marshal people (team and client) and create gravity around ideas.
  • Passionate about communication; your partnership with communication, internal and external, and ability to inspire ideas and navigate them through to actually getting made is what gets you out of bed in the morning.
  • Open and collaborative; our team is close-knit and supportive, and we're working with a lot of unknowns – you must be a champion of team environments that are comfortable with ambiguity and encourage collaboration, especially working cross-discipline.
  • An experimenter; fearlessness in the face of the undefined and ready to break process. You'll be excited by opportunities to create new rather than default to plugging-in to existing ones, while leaning towards experimentation. Able to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visual representations of conceptual design ideas, both electronically and in print. This includes working on social media creatives, emailers, banners, websites, and print materials.
