Job Title: Senior Software Engineer for Group Benefits Solutions

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative group benefits solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Vitech V3locity, as well as a strong background in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and REST API architecture.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying large enhancements, including new product rollouts, feature additions, and integrations. Additionally, they will participate in the implementation of at least two V3locity projects for a group insurer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve the overall deployment flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Vitech V3locity, including functional modules and enterprise modules
  • Strong knowledge of Java 8, Spring, Hibernate, and REST API architecture
  • Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and PostgreSQL
  • Experience leading a delivery team and collaborating with clients
  • Good exposure to Agile delivery methodology
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Crucible
  • Understanding of Group Benefits domain
