Job Description

The primary focus of this position is to provide resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs and KPIs for the SAP IS-U FI-CA application.

Evaluate all related incidents and issues, recording them appropriately and reviewing them during weekly status meetings or sooner to ensure timely resolution. Any issue that impacts schedule, quality, scope, or cost should be documented.

  • Interact with stakeholders and other streams to understand business requirements.
  • Coordinate with offshore consortiums and ensure project delivery timelines.
  • Design and implement complex requirements related to regulatory and non-regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of work experience.
  • Experience in the SAP FI-CA module, including debugging.
  • Proficiency in FI-CA configuration, including Main/Sub payment hierarchy, clearing rules, dunning, security deposits, payment clearings, open item management, tax, instalment plans, returns, refund processes, and write-offs.
  • In-depth experience in support activities (incidents, service requests, and enhancements).
  • Experience in customer-facing projects.
  • Ability to design and build custom function modules with medium complexity program logic.
  • Capability to find automation opportunities.

In addition, you will need strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
