Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Developer/Admin

  • Duration: Fulltime.
  • Location: Remote, India

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering the ServiceNow platform across various modules. This includes ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the ServiceNow platform across modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Develop technical expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs.
  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., identity platforms, facilities systems).
  • Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure compliance and governance through audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in administering the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies.
