We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving real-world problems using advanced ML techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

">Design and implement solutions

using Large Language Models (LLMs) that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

">Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies

for performance optimization, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

">Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

and knowledge-grounded systems that drive business growth and innovation.

">Apply a wide range of ML techniques

including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization to deliver cutting-edge results.

">Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineering teams

to integrate ML solutions into production systems, ensuring smooth execution and minimal downtime.

">Contribute to experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles

to drive business success and stay ahead of the competition.

What We're Looking For:

">Strong hands-on experience

with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.) and proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG frameworks.

">Solid understanding

of machine learning fundamentals and applied techniques, including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization.

">Familiarity

with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar, and ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

">Eagerness to learn

and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies, contributing proactively to team success.
