Throughout the program, you will participate in weekly training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle for Non Tech, tech, and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
  • Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.
