Counselling Manager - Undergraduate Applications

The Opportunity

You will play a key part in shaping student journeys from initial counselling to university acceptances. This involves leading a team of experts, collaborating with mentors and editors, and personally supporting ambitious students in building distinctive profiles.

  • Oversight of students throughout the undergraduate admissions process.
  • Guiding students in developing strong academic and extracurricular profiles.
  • Strategic planning of personalized student journeys by advising on subject selection, standardized testing, and long-term academic planning.
  • Review and provide detailed feedback on application components.
  • Management of a team of professionals, ensuring consistency and timely communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline (preferably with experience studying in top-tier institutions).
  • 2-4 years of experience in academic counselling, university admissions, or education advisory roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in academic and admissions writing.
  • Proven organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive.
