Main Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions based on business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements, translating them into technical designs and development tasks.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, using tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps and various Azure services.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues within Dynamics 365 solutions, providing timely resolutions and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development processes, standards, and documentation.
  • Manage platform, quality and ISV updates to non-production and production environments.
  • Manage code deployments and repositories on the GIT platform in conjunction with Azure Dev Ops.
  • Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environments via Microsoft Lifecycle Services, Azure and the Power Platform.
  • Support unit, integration and functional testing of Dynamics 365 F&O functionality and custom developed code/reports/functionality in support of quarterly Microsoft patching schedule.

Required Technical Knowledge and Skills :

  • X++ Development
  • C# Development experience
  • SQL development with design principles
  • SQL Server SSRS
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP integrations with bolt-on systems supporting different business functions
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O integrations into Azure Data Lake and other BI platforms to support Analytics
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O production support
  • Troubleshooting technical and functional issues
  • Azure Power App, Power Automate and Logic App development
  • Azure resource and functional development to automate development environment

Education and/or Experience :

  • 5-8+ years in AX/D365 F&O development experience
  • At least 3 years specifically with D365 F&O development
  • Strong English communication skills to work in an international support environment
