Lead Researcher in Advanced AI Solutions

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and innovative researcher to join our Advanced AI R&D lab team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing novel approaches to solving fundamental scientific problems using Large Language Models, evolutionary algorithms, and other machine learning techniques.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented researcher who can work with our research team to understand and push the frontiers of AI. The successful candidate will focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and domain-specific AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced research in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and adjacent fields to solve complex business and societal problems.
  • Design, develop, and optimize models and algorithms involving novel architecture and training methodologies.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product teams, AI engineers, domain SMEs, and client teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science or another technical field.
  • Theoretical and hands-on experience with LLMs.
  • Strong implementation skills in Python.
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Keras, Scikit-Learn.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
