Job Description

The Senior Hospitality Public Relations Manager will lead the development of media strategies and oversee hospitality operations, ensuring creative approaches align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish relationships with media, pitch strategic stories, and elevate the organization's profile through impactful placements.

  2. Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

  3. Oversee crisis management strategy, ensuring rapid responses to protect the organization's reputation.

  4. Create and review strategic content, including press releases, case studies, and executive messaging, maintaining brand alignment.

  5. Cultivate relationships with media, clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders, tailoring communication strategies for each.

  6. Prepare executives with media training, speechwriting, and talking points for public appearances and interactions.

  7. Mentor and guide the PR team, fostering growth, accountability, and high-quality output.

  8. Track and analyze PR performance, media coverage, and campaign impact, presenting insights to senior leadership.

  9. Contribute to key business objectives, including brand awareness, reputation management, and positioning through impactful campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in hospitality management, event planning, public relations, or a related field, ideally within a PR setting.
  • A strong track record of successfully managing hospitality events, media partnerships, and VIP engagements.
  • Excellent understanding of public relations, branding, and the role hospitality plays in enhancing efforts.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
