Drivetrain Architect

• Design and develop drivetrain architectures for 2-wheeler platforms, focusing on durability, efficiency, and noise reduction.
• Collaborate with our CAE team to perform oil flow simulations and bearing, shaft, and spline calculations.
• Develop gearbox housings that meet DFX, durability, and stiffness requirements, using tools like Romax Energy and Kissoft.
• Define accelerated testing methodologies and reliability targets for drivetrain architectures.
• Work closely with our team to nurture young talent and deliver exceptional results.

• 8+ years of experience in drivetrain architectures and product life cycle.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying drivetrain architectures in the field.
• Experience with PLM tools, gear hobb and dresser requirements, heat treatment processes, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
